Hello again. Sorry for taking so long to check back on these. Anyways, I'll get reviewing.

Elite Honour Guard - Seems fine to me. Effect and stats are fine. No OCG errors as far as I can see. Good job!

Drone - Fine once again, although those drone tokens seem to be a bit weak. If you want, you could perhaps buff up their attack and put a Life Point cost to summoning them to balance it out a bit. That's up to you though, it's fine if you choose not to.

Needler - I like the effect. It's different. OCG seems fine as well, I think you might be getting better (: Only thing I would pick at here is having to wait for the needler to be destroyed in order to destroy the affected monster. Also, the attack decrease is a bit small. Well, this one is also fine as it is (it hardly overpowered or anything) and I think you can afford to make it pack a little more of a punch if you want to.

Jackal - Effect is simple and straight forward. No errors as far as I can see and I'm not going to complain because it's a simple effect. You need a few of those in there every now and then. This one is fine.

Jackal Sniper - I like how you've done the sniping effect and given a fairly good counter-balance to the effect. However, I reckon you could afford to make the sniper able to use that effect during each of your turns; as in (Once per turn, during your Main Phase). I don't think that would be overpowered so long as you maybe gave it a small cost (like perhaps "Discard 1 card from your hand" or "Pay 300/400/500 (which ever you like more) Life Points"). He is a sniper after all and I think it would make sense if he can snipe more than once. Up to you. This would also be fine as it is if you don't want to change.

Elite Ranger - Only thing to pick at here is a bit of OCG (first time for this review so that's pretty good). For the first sentence, I think the "you control" is in the wrong place and you need to say summoned. It should go after: "Covenant" monster, and thus should read:

This card cannot be Summoned unless you Tribute a "Covenant" monster you control with "Elite" in its card name.

Also the last sentence about what happens if you call it wrong is unnecessary. Whenever you have anything revolving around a die roll or coin toss or anything of the sort and if calling it wrong or right or whatever has no effect then there is no need to mention it (In fact it is probably better not to). That's all I've got to say on these new cards and I would also like to add; great job on this set so far. I can tell you're working very well on them and this is turning out to be one of the best (if not the best) Halo sets I've seen. Also, compared to last time I haven't had anywhere near as much to criticise which is good. I reckon you're improving (if you don't mind me saying). Keep up the good work and I'll be back when new cards are up.
