During each of your Standby Phases while this card is on your field this card gains 300 ATK. When this card is destroyed as a result of battle you can pay 1000 Life Points to put this card into your Deck. When this card is Normal Summoned or Flip Summoned you can select 1 monster with 1000 ATK or less from your Deck and add it to your hand. If you have 2000 or less lifepoints you can Special Summon this card to your field. If this card is the only card on your field this card can attack directly. This monster can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "Summoner of Worlds". You must also offer monsters whose total Level Stars equal 8 or more as a Tribute from the field or your hand. Once per turn you can tribute 1 monster on your field to add 1 "Demonic counter" to this card (max. 8). When this card has 8 "Demonic counters" on it, remove the counters and inflict 5000 points of damage to your opponent. This card is used to Ritual Summon "Gordur Summoner of Worlds". Lord Smeagle Posted June 8, 2009 Report Share Posted June 8, 2009 Divine Ruler wouldn't make any sense anyway, since it's a Fiend-Type.
