1337noob
both card have great images, perfect OCG, but the second card's effect is more useful. even though i like Dark Worlds, my vote goes to:Card B

Monkey
Card A: Name/Attribute/Type/ATK/DEF: (4/5) Everything seems to match very well, the ony issue is that you do not follow the consistency with all Dark World monsters. Which would be that all of their names resemble colors. Delvine doesn't resemble a color.Image: (5/5) Love the image holo and name holoOCG: (9.5/10) The only issue with the OCG is that there is supposed to be quotes around an archetype. Ex: "Dark World", "Volcanic", "Blackwing"Playability: (10/10)Seems very playable, I like the fact that it can use other "Dark World" monsters' effects after they have been sent to the Graveyard Overall: 28.5/30 Card B:Name/Attribute/Type/ATK/DEF: (5/5) Everything matches pretty goodImage: (5/5) The image looks awesome and the name on the card looks wicked!OCG: (9/10) Slight grammar errors in the first sentence. I'm also pretty sure that when you state how many counters a card can have, it goes at the end of the sentence.Playability: (7/10) Fairly playable, works amazing well with Swords of Concealing Light because it forces all of your opponent's monster's on the field into Defense Position. Thus easily eliminating 2 or more cards in their hand. Then you quickly have enough counters to do work with. Overall: 27/30 Card A wins!

Kotaro
Both cards are good, in terms of Pic, OCG and the effect as an overall, quite hard to choose. But i think that card A just has the edge, the effect overall is a bit more better and more playable although Card B has the better pic. Card A is my vote

SushiTheLegend
Hehe Monkey, yeah I was informed about the "" part afterwards. I wasn't thinking as with the Synchro requirement part doesn't need it if I recall. ^^
Skarlet
Card A gets my vote, it's more useful (IMO) and less broken, however, there is somthing I'd like to point out with it, it can be used to target a monster that gets Special Summoned, then that monster can be tributed, then re-used due to the way it works, if it was somthing along the lines of 1 Tuner + 1 or more Dark World monstersEach time a Dark World monster is discarded from the hand to the Graveyard, add 1 Dark World Counter to this card (max.3). By removing 1 Dark World Counter from this card, you can select 1 Dark World monster in your Graveyard and activate the effect of the selected monster as if it had been discarded by an opponent's card effect. Once a monster with has been selected, you can not select monsters with the same name as that card. When this card is destroyed, all monsters selected by this card's effect are removed from play. SushiTheLegend
Actually it states a monster can only be selected once, which doesn't limit copies of said card, simply the individual card in question.
