Your opponent cannot select a Plant-Type monster as an attack target. Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 Plant-Type monster from your hand. If you activated this effect, you cannot enter your Battle Phase this turn. If this face-up card would be destroyed, you can remove 1 Plant-Type monster from your Graveyard from play instead.

Each time a Plant-Type monster is removed from play by a card effect, you can destroy 1 card on the field. if this card would be destroyed, you can tribute 1 Plant-Type monster you control instead.

When this card is Tribute Summoned, you can remove from play 2 Plant-Type monsters in your Graveyard, to destroy 2 Spell or Trap card on the field.

When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 "Black Witch" from your Deck in face-down Defense Position. While this card is in your Graveyard, you can remove it from play to inflict 800 Damage to your Opponent's Life points.

Mixing spellcasters with plants seems contradictory to me. I understand that you are trying to have the two work off each other, which in turn will fuel your support cards but I'd be hard pressed to fit these cards in my deck with the way plants currently run.

You have some incredibly broken combinations within these support cards. Garden Forgotten by Time wouldn't be so bad on it's own but in combination with Blue Forest Magician that's easily 4 cards you can destroy. With enough RFG synergies I could fit in Return from the Different Dimension to field swarm and OTK after clearing the field.

Stangle Oasis is completley broken. Plants already have good draw power with Card of Safe Return this trap card could make me draw a ton of cards in no time. I summon Lonefire Blossom then use it's effect to SS another Lonefire, +1 card, then use it's effect again to SS another Lonefire, +1 card, then use it's effect yet again to summon Gigaplant or Tytannial, +1 card. Triple lonefires into Gigaplant or Tytannial are really common turn 1 plays for Plants so this scenario is realistic. In one turn I've drawn 3 extra cards and have gotten a 2400-2800 beatstick that can either let me SS other plants for more draw power or shut out my opponent's targgeting cards. Not to mention the other cards plants have to Special Summon each other on top of Card of Safe Return. Why do you think CoSR was limited when Zombies and Plants were abusing the hell out of it.

EDIT: Just realized that you could stack Stangle Oasis so 3 of these on the field is +3 cards each time I special Summon a plant so with that above scenario (seems highly unlikely I'll have all 3 set within a turn or so but just saying...) I can get +9 cards and 2400-2800 beatstick with options. That's given you commanding hand presence and field advantage with lots of control with the typical plant build. Stangle Oasis would probably get put on the forbidden list really quickly.
