Card Lore:

When this card is Normal summoned during your Main Phase, put 1 Spell Counter on this card (max. 5). Each time a Monster Card is Summoned to the field put 1 Spell Counter on this card. This card cannot be changed to Defense Position while there are Spell counters on this card. By removing 5 Spell Counters from this card during your Main Phase, all Battle Damage taken during your opponent's next Battle Phase is reduced to 0. If your opponent declares an attack on this card when you have 2000 Life Points or below and have 1 Spell or Trap Card in your Spell and Trap Card Zone, you can negate the attack by paying half your Life Points to place this card face-up in your Spell and Trap Card Zone as a Quick-Play Spell Card until the End Phase of your opponents turn and then send the Spell or Trap Card to the Graveyard. While this card remains face-up on your field, each time a DARK monster is destroyed by battle, you can Special Summon 1 “Nomi DARK Token” (Spellcaster-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 500/DEF 0) in Defense Position. Each time a LIGHT monster is destroyed by a card effect, you can Special Summon 1 “Nomi LIGHT Token” (Spellcaster-Type/LIGHT/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 500) in face-up Attack Position. The “Nomi DARK Tokens” and “Nomi LIGHT Tokens cannot be used as a Tribute for a Tribute Summon (or Set). During either your Main Phase 1 or Main Phase 2, if you have more cards in your hand than your opponent, then you can pay 500 Life Points to increase this card’s ATK and DEF by 500 until then End Phase of the turn that this effect was activated. If your opponent activates a Spell or Trap Card whose target are the “Nomi DARK Tokens” or “Nomi LIGHT Tokens”, you can decrease this card’s ATK and DEF by 500 to negate the Spell or Trap Card and destroy it.

Card Lore:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 2 DARK monsters you control. You can pay half your Life Points to place this card face-up in your Spell & Trap Card Zone as a Continuous Spell Card. As long as this card is in your Spell & Trap Card Zone, it is unaffected by the effects of Monster Cards your opponent controls. Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1 or 2, you can discard 1 Spell or Trap Card from your hand to destroy 1 Spell or Trap Card your opponent controls. If this effect was activated as Chain Link 3 or higher, place 1 Tyhjiin Counter on this card (max. 3). During either player's Main Phase 1 or 2, if this card has 3 Tyhjiin Counters on it, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the combined Chain Link number of this card x 100. After this effect resolves, remove all Tyhjiin Counters from this card and Special Summon 2 "Life Drainer Tokens" (Spellcaster-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) to your opponent's field in Attack or Defense Position. "Life Drainer Tokens" cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon. During each of your opponent's End Phases, he/she loses 100 Life Points for each "Life Drainer Token" on his/her field. During your Main Phase 1 or 2, if your opponent controls 4 "Life Drainer Tokens", destroy them and Special Summon 1 "Life Absorber Token" (Spellcaster-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) to your field in Attack or Defense Position. During each End Phase, you gain 100 Life Points and your opponent loses 100 Life Points for each "Life Absorber Token" on your field.

Im Gonna Judge Them Out Of 10.

Card A - Alchemic Nomi

-----------

Pic To Name - Imo the pic fits name decently

Pic Overall - A nice pic but ive seen a few times before

Effect - A nice solid effect........... but, the effect does not meet the requirments because it does NOT include lifepoint GAIN or chain links, atleast thats all the ones i can see.

Ocg - Great ocg(Better then ive ever did)

Atk Def Balance - Good balance maybe could've been a little better but I dont see how.

Overall - 7/10(Would've been 8.5/10 if it contained the requirements that its missing)

Card B - Raganius Sensen

--------------------------

Pic To Name - Pic fits name quite well

Pic Overall - Nice pic and I like the holoing

Effect - Nice effect very usable, playable, creative, and original(So was Card A's). As I see it, Card B contains all the required charistics.

Ocg - Perfect to my knoledge

Atk Def Balance - On the border of UP'd really, srry but its effect keeps it from being UP'd(Imo it should be 300 - 500 atk and def higher).

Overall - 9.3/10

So my vote goes to Card B(Which I Believe Is DeMeNTeD's).

If I'm not mistaken, a Nomi monster is a monster whose text reads:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summon except by ______.

By that logic, only 1 of the cards in this contest is a Nomi monster.
