Denegoth
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except with the effect of "The Overlord Emerges". This card loses 1000 ATK and DEF for every other Monster on your side of the field. If this card is destroyed by the effect of a Spell or Trap Card, deal 2000 damage to your opponent's Life Points. Once per turn you can discard 1 "Destiny Hero" monster to deal damage to your opponent equal to the discarded monster's level x 50. During each of your Standby Phases, you can tribute one "Destiny Hero" Monster to add one Destiny Counter to this card. When the 5th Destiny Counter is placed on this card, destroy all cards on your side of the field and Special Summon one "Destiny Hero - Ultimate Overlord" from your Hand or Deck.

To-Chi
Not THAT hard to summon... Unless "Destiny Hero" cards are in-f*cking-possible to summon. It's not like not having one to sacrifice will destroy the card "The Overlord Emerges" (HINT HINT HINT!!!)

TwistedFlameApe
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "The Overlord Emerges". Decrease the ATK and DEF of this card by 1000 for each monster on your field (excluding this card). If this card is destroyed by the effect of a Spell or Trap Card, inflict 2000 damage to your opponent's Life Points. Once per turn you can discard 1 "Destiny Hero" monster to inflict damage to your opponent equal to the discarded monster's level x50. During each of your Standby Phases you can tribute one "Destiny Hero" Monster to add one Destiny Counter to this card. Remove 5 Destiny Counters from this card to destroy all cards on your side of the field and Special Summon one "Destiny Hero - Ultimate Overlord" from your hand or Deck. now that OCG fixings are done... these cards are waaaay too op'd. Denegoth
Could people give some ideas for balancing it?
Sander
This is not, in any way, overpowered. Only way I can see this abused is with Phantom of Chaos, and even then, you wouldn't get much use of it. Denegoth, don't believe every single word that these people say on this section. They don't know what "overpowered" means...at all. Just to say it lightly, they suck.

ragnarok1945
Ultimate Overlord is far too powerful, but at least it has the drawback of weakening itself when there's other monsters on your side of the field. An Overlord Emerges seems a little underpowered, though when Ultimate Overlord is summoned it makes up for it a little. 6/
