After your 2nd Standby Phase remove this card from play and Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Nightrider" monster from your hand or Deck.

I get the idea :) You make it a Tuner to it be easily sent to the Graveyard (But your opponent gets a Synchro monster easily :() Maybe do it as a Effect monster and Change Special Summon to Normal Summon to make it more balanced.

 

Rate - 8.6/10 for the idea ;)

Isn't it:

This card can be Special Summoned (From where?) by discarding 1 card. When this card is Special Summoned (optional: this way) switch control of this card. Each time a monster is Special Summoned place 1 Night Counter on this card. When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, inflict 200 damage to your opponent for each Night Counter on this card.

This card can be Normal Summoned from your hand by discarding 1 card. When this card destroys a monster, decrease its ATK by 200 and place 1 Night Counter on it. By removing 3 Night Counters from this card, Special Summon 2 "Nightride Token" (DARK/Warrior/ATK ?/DEF 900). The ATK of the "Nightrider Token" is equal to the ATK of this card when their are Summoned. When the "Nightrider Token" are destroyed, add 1 "Nightrider" monster from your Graveyard to your hand.

 

Maybe my correction is wrong, I am not sure.

This card remembers me of Zombyra the Dark XD

BUt this card is better. I liked it really, Especially the pic (Could you sent it to me as PM, just the pic without the BG)

This card can be Normal Summoned from your hand by discarding 1 card. When your opponents activate a Spell or Trap Card you can remove this card from play to negate it. If this card is removed from play by its own effect, Special Summon it during your next End Phase and place 1 Night Counter on 1 "Nightrider" monster on the field.

 

I liked the effect BUT the problem is that this is a Tuner monster. You wold use it during the turn is is Summoned. Do other card and place this effect in other monster then it wold be perfect.
