Interesting effect behind like the whole "Vacuum" idea behind it. Makes the opponent think twice attacking. Good job like the idea. The only complaint is the amount of tokens seems to be a little overpowered, otherwise good work. 8/10

You need to fix the effect somewhat. There is some major OCG that not a lot of people can see.

During each of your End Phases, place 1 Vacuum Counter on this card (Max. 3). When this card is destroyed as a result of battle, you can Special Summon "Vacuum Tokens"(Pyro-Type/FIRE/Level 1/100 ATK/200 DEF) equal to the amount of Vacuum Counters on this card. When a "Vacuum Token" is selected as an attack target, destroy the selected "Vacuum Token" and remove the attacking monster from play. These Tokens cannot declare an attack or be Tributed under any circumstance.

(Tributed under any circumstance is a phrase from Mask of Restrict so it is good OCG.)

I believe that's a more reasonable way for the effect to go. 5 is too many, which means you have a long defense, and your opponent can only hope they draw Lightning Vortex or something that wipes the field to get a chance. Maybe if you say something likie, place 1 Vaccuum Counter on this card during each End Phase while it is in Defense Position, then maybe it would be reasonable for 5. Anyway, he does look like a Machine-Type and I look forward to more of your cards.

The number of Vacuum Tokens (I'll assume you just misspelled) is a bit high. Also since you didn't say what position the tokens had to be, I'll assume you can choose that.

Still, up to 5 along with the ability to tribute for more monsters is too much, you should lower it 2 or something.

7.9/10

Narf.. I'm not able to see all cards, cuz lot of them can not be shown. Stupid Office-Computer. Am I right thinking, there are tokens on the field wich negate an attack, removing the attacking monster? You have cheap to summon tokens and everyone works like one of the strongest Trapcards in real game? =D the only way to stop them would be Skill Drain..?
