I recently made two cards for the 'Opposite Card' contest which is currently ongoing, based on the manga 'Ultimo' by Stan Lee and Hiroyuki Takei. Now, I haven't been confirmed to be in the actual contest yet (sadly), but I have entered these two cards with high hopes of winning if the contest creator accepts me. I'm posting them here so you can all take a look and rate them if you so desire as singles. Without further ado, here they are! Mechanical Boy - Ultimo If you control a face-up "Mechanical Boy - Vice", you can Special Summon this card to your opponent's side of the field. If you control a face-up "Mechanical Boy - Vice", this card is destroyed. This card gains 400 ATK for each "Mechanical Boy - Vice" your opponent controls. Once per turn, you can discard 1 LIGHT monster to destroy 1 DARK monster on the field. "Mechanical Boy - Vice" cannot be targetted by this effect. Mechanical Boy - Vice If you control a face-up "Mechanical Boy - Ultimo", you can Special Summon this card to your opponent's side of the field. If you control a face-up "Mechanical Boy - Ultimo", this card is destroyed. This card gains 400 ATK for each "Mechanical Boy - Ultimo" your opponent controls. Once per turn, you can discard 1 DARK monster to destroy 1 LIGHT monster on the field. "Mechanical Boy - Ultimo" cannot be targetted by this effect. As you can see, they oppose each other very much like in the manga. Both cannot exist on the same side, and must oppose each other, AND they are both complete polar opposites of each other - one of Perfect Good, and one of Perfect Evil. Plus, they give each other a boost by the same amount, which again reflects their equal power in the manga. This was the criteria for the contest, so the effects are like this so they could be entered without being deemed opposites etc. I hope you like them!
