Your "custom" cards aren't custom, they are just a MSE template

and usually, that means the other ones are

You just made some slight adjustments to that templates, like changing the stars and font size

for the 2nd one,you just changed the font

You probably used the anime template:

http://mtg.pifro.com/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=351 (font changed)

Manga:

and maybe even the bandai one:

The images like card frames, stars, etc. are saved as a file on your computer so making a psd from it would just be the same as pasting the images.

And if it was made from scratch,i find it odd it has the exact alignment

It's called effort and hard work.

Even with the amount of effort and hard work,it is most likely nobody will have the exact alignment unless they were ripping off of it

It's also most likely going to be hard to believe your custom template is the same as another person's

Btw,i made a mistake, the other link should be:

http://mtg.pifro.com/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=507

now it's even harder to believe,2 templates that look exactly alike?

Yes, that is the template. But I customly put the stuff on there. I wouldn't use a generator.

After comparing it for a while, these were the visible changes for the 2nd template:

1.No Attribute

2.Different Font

3.Missing some fill-ins in the bottom middle and right

for the 1st:

1.Different Stars

2.Name font is smaller and placed higher

Even so,these changes are small, you most likely didn't rip the stars, not choosing a attribute is quite simple, and unless you made the font yourself, changing it won't allow you to call it custom

and if it wasn't made from i generator, you probably should have removed the -001 thing which is the default on the generator

What I did was open the card, save it as a jpg like it was without customizing it, and I opened it in photoshop and edited it. So when I sell these, I would'nt be accused of using MSE. But I guess I was wrong. I guess I should just make them look like crap for proof and make all my customers get upset.
