[spoiler= Concept ]

My concept is that support monsters sort of share stars. How? Well, say you have 2 level 3 monsters and 1 level 6 monster on the feild that are all supporters. And say you also have a spell card that incerases the ATK of all monsters with 6 stars by 1400. You may move 3 stars from your level 6 monster to one of your 3 star monsters, then move the final 3 stars from your monster that had 6 stars to your other 3 star monster. Your monster that had 6 stars now has 0, so it is now sent to the graveyard, but you now have 2 6 star monsters with +1400 ATK.

Place 1 "Support" counter on this card for each level star written on this card. This card's level is equal to the number of "Support" counters on this card. These counters may be moved from this card to any other "Support" monster on the field. If there are 13 or more "Support" counters or no "Support" counters, Destroy this card. Activate the following effect only when this card is in the graveyard. If any monster on the field has an increase or decrease in its ATK or DEF, it is sent to the graveyard.

If this card has a level between 4 and 6, It may attack twice in the same turn.

That's my new concept.

sounds like a fresh idea, needs alot of work though.

Also they may only be usefull in synchro decks, since there arn't so many (if not any) cards that have to do with levels.

keep it up.

also take a look at the OCG thread, it will help you alot in improving your OCG :)
