A 75% 40 card Tele-DAD deck would probably beat this, but Tele-DAD is the best deck there is. Neo-Spacians just aren't that good. If you contact fuse without neo space you're screwed. And prisma's name becomes Neos too so contact fusion works ... learn to play yugimonz please. After you send the Neos to the grave you can easily Monster Reborn/Oversoul him and get another fusion.
