Huntar!
First post is mine. >=D Ok, um...-The first card is unique, but seems to be a tad overcomplicated.-The second card bores me.-The third card interests me generally, and the text makes it different from the others.-The fourth card looks to be the most playable, which is good. I know who made each card, just from the style. xD I say that card C wins. oh, pitski, temp stickied~
Sid.
1st card because it seems the most playable.

Kotaro
None of the cards have any errors so its down to effects and all cards have quite good effects and to pick which one is better. For me, it is either Card A or C in my opinion. Card D is a bit more simpler then the others but more playable as the other cards need a particular card or something to happen in order to summon or activate effects. Overall, I pick Card C but all 4 were

Monkey
Card A: Seems kinda hard to play since Umi HAS to be on the field for it to be Summoned, then if Umi is destroyed before you use its effect 3 times, its kind of a pointless card. The name is unique Card B: I'm confused.... Card C: I like the name editting. The first part of the effect is weird because its an 8 star monster but only requires 1 Tribute to Normal Summon or Set? Its a good card overall Card D: Seems very playable. I don't really like the name though Hm... its between Card C and D. I think I'll go with Card D. littlem101
All 4 Seem To Have Perfect Or Near Perfect Ocg. Card A - Card Seems Pretty Pointless Without Umi Card B - I Dont Think Its As Confusing As Everyone Is Good Saying But It Is Confusing, Pretty Original Effect. Card C - Good Effect And Pretty Balanced And Monkey I Believe The Effect Means 1 Of The 2 Tributed Cards Must Either Be Insect-Type Or WATER. Card D - Effect Is Much Much Simpler Then All The Others, Its A Nice Effect. My Vote Has To Go To Card C For A Good Amount Of Originality And Imo The Most Balanced. ¶nÇØGn¶TØ
Tally:Card A - 1Card B - 1Card C - 3Card D - 1 Every card has a vote. No OCG errors and Great effects? What else do you expect from them^_^ Keep voting!
Zack Blaze
Ill take card A, seems the most useful to me.
Aelsthla-Mental
The first card is nice, but the requirement of Umi and the lackluster counters that give a tiny boost and simply sending a couple of cards from the deck to the graveyard seems pointless. The second card has the irritating 'treated as two attributes' for little reason, and an attribute-specific effect (although the re-switch is nice). The third card doesn't specify 'face-up' monsters, perhaps not not needed, but yeah, a tad confusing. And the whole 'treating a type as a specific attribute' is nice, but not exactly useful. Card D also has the whole 'attribute-specific' thing. But it actually seems to be worked in nicely and balance it. So strangely enough, Card D, with the shortest effect, gets my vote. It's actually a rather handy card.
SushiTheLegend
Monkey you misread. It actually states that ONE of the monsters used as a tribute needs to be either a INSECT or a WATER monster. :P Also Aelsthla-Mental, generally when it says control you don't count face-downs because nobody knows what it is. §hadow Manipulator
Card C, because it's original effect, good name, good OCG
RAEGING D0GKING
I'll voteCard A : Hard to Play. I got confused at the end . well its good cos its g=hard to be on the field but it nhas a better effect. Nice.Card B : A little confused but at what i see OP to me.Card C : I'm not sure if "at least" is correct grammer. The name is cool made . Maybe just a little OP because just with one conter yiu can nagate an attack and GAIN 500 Life Points. Maybe you lose 500 Life Points instead to make it better. But good overallCard D : Don't like it to much. I don't see Synchros starting with "1 EARTH Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner WATER monsters" . But not to bad.Winner : Well i tought that card C was the best. I really liked it. It should win. Vote goes to card C

Guest Morpheous Erebos
Card A: No OCG, good name for pic, decent effect, but it could get a bit OP'd (considering Umi's and its counters' combined effects...) Card B: A bit of OCG, ok name for pic, good effect, balanced. Card C: No OCG, I don't get the name but I guess it's good, good effect, balanced Card D: No OCG, ok name, ok effect, a bit UP... Vote: Card C
