Umbra Posted June 20, 2009 Report Share Posted June 20, 2009 Neither of the cards really speak to me. Demented's card is not that useful. Sure, a lot of monsters have low DEF, but the benefit granted from the counters is none. If anything, milling your opponent's Deck usually helps them more than you. Mirage's card has lackluster OCG. Searching out WATERs from the deck is nice, but your opponent is rarely going to switch your monsters out of DEF - as noted above, a good deal of cards have low DEF and can more easily be overrun. Sushi's card is meh at best. Being able to negate three attacks and upping your LP by 1500, tops, which requires you to destroy a monster in battle with the card. And let's not forget the effect which forces your opponent to attack, only to not having their monsters destroyed and most likely capable of destroying the card. Xander's card is too unusual to be useful. The summoning requirement is iffy and ungeneric, the second effect is a worse DaD, and the third effect is extensive milling that would be screwed by Quillbolt OTK. Milling is good, but to this degree? Sushi's card (Card C) gets my vote, mainly because it was not as bad as the others. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
