Max Darkness Posted June 21, 2009 Report Share Posted June 21, 2009 It's a bit basic to be honest. OCG: During each player's End Phases, send all WIND monsters on the field to the Graveyard. I'd expand the effect to make it more complex, for example. "During each player's End Phases, send all WIND monsters on the field to the Graveyard. Then, each player draws a number of cards from their Deck equal to the number of cards destroyed by this card's effect. Each player Special Summons any WIND monsters drawn by this card's effect."
