First get rid of the red background.

The only other thing that's wrong with it is that you've placed every add-on behind the sprite, therfore it doesn't look realistic. Perhaps for something, like the Beedrill hands, you could move it up on the torso a bit more.

I also don't think you need the need the parts of Crobat on the bottom, they throw the sprite off balence.

Also, the appears as if you cloned the 'ear' parts on the head, don't do that. Speaking of the ears, the coloring is wrong. the Border color should be extremely dark.
