While there are 3 or more Element Counters on this card, you may sacrifice 3 Element Counter to Special Summon a card with "Legendary Bird" in its name from your Deck or Hand. When this card with 4 or more Element Counters is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, Special Summon 1 "Legendary Bird" from your Deck or either player's Graveyard.
