You can Special Summon this card from your hand while there is a face-up Field card on the field. Destroy the Field card and inflict 2000 damage to its controller's Life Points. This card cannot be Special Summoned except if there is a Field Spell Card on the field. When this card is summoned, destroy the Field Spell Card and inflict 2000 points of Direct Damage to its controller's Life Points. You can discard 1 "Terraforming" card from your hand to destroy all cards on the field. If this face-up card is destroyed or removed from the field, it is removed from play. I think this has more potential than you've given it. What you could do is have this as a monster that becomes a Field Spell Card after activating a certain effect. I think that would give it an edge.For example:This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except if there is a Field Spell Card on the field. When this card is summoned, you can discard 1 "Terraforming" card from your hand to destroy all cards on the field, except this card. If you activate this effect, this card is treated as a Field Spell Card with the following effect: During each player's Standby Phases, roll 1 six-sided die. If the result is even, destroy all face-up monsters on your opponent's side of the field. If the result is odd, destroy all face-up monsters on your side of the field.
