Красивая Ведьма
[spoiler=Card Lore of The Wicked Witch of the West, Elphaba]This card can only be Ritual Summoned with the Ritual Spell Card, "No one Mourns the Wicked". This card can only declare an attack equipped with "Defying Gravity". If this card is destroyed by the effect of a Spell or Trap card you may pay 2000 lifepoints to return "No one Mourns the Wicked" to your hand. [spoiler=Card Lore of Defying Gravity]This card can only be equipped to "Wicked Witch of the West, Elphaba" and cannot be destroyed by the effect of any Spell Card. The monster this card is equipped to is also treated as a WIND monster. Increase the attack points of all WIND monsters on your opponent’s side of the field by 400. Decrease the defense points of all EARTH monsters by 400. [spoiler=Glinda, The Good Witch of the North]During your first Battle Phase after this card is summoned remove 2 cards in your Graveyard from play. Your opponent must discard 1 card from his/her hand each time a monster card on your opponent's side of the field is destroyed by the effect of an effect monster, spell, or trap card. If "Elphaba, the Wicked Witch of the West" is on your side of the field when this card is summoned remove 300 from your lifepoints and increase this card's ATK by 200. The "Grimmerie" isn't really overpowered. In conjuction with the "Wicked Witch" it greatly increases her power. All it does is stop 2 Draw Phases. Do you think it should be 1 draw phase or what? What makes it overpowered?

Delspencerdeltorro
Good job. :)I was expecting this to be all 12-star monsters with a billion ATK.I particularly like "No Good Deed" because it's so powerful when used as chain link 4. I'd word it as "Negate the activation of a spell or trap card that targets a spell card(s) you control and destroy the card. If the card is aCounter Trap ard, destroy all monsters on your opponent's side of t he field." The last sentence of "No One Mourns The Wicked" is worded awkwardly, and since it's a spell card, it can't be summoned, so Elphaba's effect needs to be reworded. I wanted the ability to reclaim the card "No One Mourns the Wicked" but I wasn't sure how to say it in OCG. I have changed Elphaba's effect, but I still don't know if it is right. So, please more comments!
