{Lovely Lady's New Card}

This maybe and most likely is overpowering but thats y i made it so high in level and so hard to summon

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 3 LIGHT monsters from you Deck from play and removing 4 LIGHT monster from the field from play. Once per turn, place 1 "Wind Spirit Counter" on this card(max. 6). Once per turn, you can activate one of the following effects:

-If there is 1 "Wind Spirit Counter" on this card, Special Summon 1 WIND monster from your hand. During your End Phase, that monster is removed from play.

-If there are 2 "Wind Spirit Counter" on this card, this card cannot attack. Inflict 500 points of Direct Damage to your opponent's Life Points for each "Wind Spirit Counter" on this card.

-If there are 3 or 4 "Wind Spirit Counter" on this card, select 1 card on your opponent's side of the field. The selected card is removed from play.

-If there are 5 or 6 "Wind Spirit Counter" on this card, your opponent must skip his/her Main Phase.

When you have 6 "Wind Spirit Counter" on this card, it is destroyed.[/align]

Your a Level 3 and your exploring the Boundries of Real long effects and what not....Im impressed......My Only Concern is....Will people want to run this in their decks? I mean of course it's a great card but having to Lose about 7 cards is a bit weird, and people will struggle to get that, when they need to use this card so im a bit iffy....Anyway I love it

But of course you do need to take Extra measures of having A Light based deck....

lol thanks and i thought about that and i made it so hard to summon because of its effect. since an effect like that shouldnt run with just removing light monsters from your deck (which you could do at the begining of the duel if u drew this) i wanted you to have to get monsters on the field to remove so then u could get this baby on the field. ^^

and i did want it to be hard since the card im making now has an effect that will kind of jam this effects last part. and it should be hard cause when you get it out, on your next turn u can summon a high level wind monster which could make a difference and then next turn u can inflict 1000 points of damage then NEXT turn you can remove a monster giving you an opening perhaps then you NEEEEEXT turn you can keep them from summoning monsters!

Powerful effect monsters need to be difficult to summon out ^^
