Your first card is overpowered. On a scale 1 to 10 it would be 7.1. Same goes for your second it would be a 9.7. Overall I'd give you a 7/10. The pictures are good though. If you were to create a negative effect on the first, that would balance it out more. As for your second...a lot of overhaul would be necessary.
