This card gains 1000 ATK and DEF for each monster in both players Graveyards with "Black Rain" in its name or has the Virus sub-type. While this card is face-up on your side of the field, all Level 4 or lower Monsters you control cannot be destroyed.BLACK RAIN DRAGON - This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Black Rain Falling". While this card is face-up on the Field, this card gains the effect(s) of any monster in your Graveyard with "Black Rain" in it's name. When this face-up card is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 "Dark Lightning Dragon" from your Graveyard.FLAME WING DRAGON - When the effect of a Spell, Trap, or Effect Monster is activated, you can Tribute this card to negate the activation and effect of that card, and destroy it.
