Card Effect:You can Special Summon this card from your hand by removing 5 Spell Counters from cards you control. You can discard 1 card to rearrange the Spell Counters on all cards you control and distribute them among cards you control that you can put a Spell Counter on. When a Spell Card is activated, this card can also activate as a copy of that Spell Card. During your next Standby Phase, Special Summon this card to your side of the field from the Graveyard but only if it was sent there by it's own effect.
