Here are my cards, hope they are good enough.

[spoiler=Lore]You can Special Summon 1 "Battle-Tiger 100%" when this card's % is 100 or more. The Level of this card is always equal to it's % divided by 10. If this card is Special Summoned with the effect of "Battle-Tiger 10%", increase this card's % by 20. If this card's % is 70 or more, once per turn, you can destroy 1 Spell or Trap card on the field.

no. ocg wont be a really big part of this. id count it more b/c i have a lot more to explain about my cards for you guys but ive been pressed for time. im sorry to not have this round fully complete

To Monkey - i almost forgot. you have the effect of "the % of this card cannot increase" for an 80% monster. i only have that effect on 100% monsters. feel free to change your card.

One Turn Kill. It means that in one turn, you can wipe out all 8000 Life Points through burn, attacking, anything that has to do with wiping out 8000 Life Points

 

Here is my Entry:

 

Here is how it works:

 

On field: Flamvell Waspen, Flamvell Synchron, and some other FIRE monster.

 

Synchro Summon Flamvell Stronight using other FIRE monster and Flamvell Synchron. Through Flamvell Synchron's effect, it stays on field. Flamvell Waspen inflicts 500 damage because FIRE monster was sent to Graveyard. Then use Flamvell Stronight's effect and send Flamvell Synchron to Graveyard. Flamvell Synchron inflicts 500 damage and returns to field. Flamvell Waspen inflicts another 500 because Synchron has been sent to Graveyard. Repeat method 3 times. Your opponent should have taken 3500 damage (Synchron inflicts 1500 and Waspen inflicts 2000). Flamvell Stronight should have 4250 ATK. Clear field through other cards and attack for game.

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner FIRE monsters

By sending 1 FIRE monster on your field to the Graveyard, you can increase the ATK of all monsters on your field by 400 until your End Phase. When this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of FIRE monsters in your Graveyard x200. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 monster with 200 DEF from your hand or Deck.

This card can only be Special Summoned when there are 2 or more "Flamvell" monsters on your field. If there are less than 2 "Flamvell" monsters on your field, destroy this card. When a monster is sent to the Graveyard, inflict 500 damage to both player's Life Points. When this card sends a monster to the Graveyard by battle, you can pay 500 Life Points to add 1 monster with 200 DEF or less from your Deck to your hand.

If this card is used in a Synchro Summon, it is not sent to the Graveyard. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, inflict 500 damage to your opponent. [spoiler= how does it work] simply. Summon the Synchro, pay the 4000 points, Special Summon Purger with 4000 ATK, attack directly (Purger will get 1 counter), normal summon Venser, add 4 Charge Counters on Purger, activate Purger's effect for another 4000 damage.
