[align=center] [/align] Effect: When this card battles with a "Destiny Hero" monster, this card gains 400 ATK until the End Phase of that turn. When a Level 3 or lower monster attacks your opponent directly, you can remove this card from play to destroy 1 face-up Defense Position monster your opponent controls. During your opponent's Standby Phase, your opponent's destroyed monster's ATK is halved and the DEF is doubled until your opponent's End Phase. [align=center] [/align] Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 "Destiny Hero" monster. When your opponent targets this card with a Effect Monster, you can pay 1000 Life Points to negate the Effect Monster's effect until your opponent's next Standby Phase. I don't see any OCG problems and it's pretty well balanced. One question: Why would you change the ATK and DEF of a destroyed monster untill the End Phase?
