well, it is kind of overpowered. this way you can summon even a Yubel at a cost of 2000 Life Points! Overpowered but super cool image. 9.4/10

i think it's overpowered. you could SPECIAL summon a lv8 monster at the cost of only 1600 life points or pay 600-800 life points for a lv3-4 and use it for a tribute on the first turn. i do like the idea, though, but i'd make it a cost of atleast 300 points a level. special summoning (especially from your hand) shouldn't come so cheap.

 

but still, i'll give it an 8/10. :)

No, its not overpowered cause its effect are balanced cause show it to your opponent and receive 200 for each level and special summon. 10/10

wrong. they're gonna know what card it is after you summon it. There's no advantage to learning what card someone will play immediately before they play it compared to learning what it is when they play it, so it's absolutely pointless. the cards overpowered a bit. like titus said increase cost to around 300-400 per level. But as others have said, I like the idea. 7/10

Is the show to the opponent is the cost and the payment is a part of his effect I think if you make the pay for level 300 it would be balanced because cost always activated to you show me the card and than I can deside to counter yes or no

no, you would counter the summoning or the activation of the card, not him or her showing you the monster.

the original was the same card, except you only had to pay 200lifepoints per level (a mere 1600 for a level 8) and did not have the no tribute thing
