Get cleaner pictures, work on your OCG (official card game, meaning how the cards normally are written fyi) and work a little bit more on its effect. This card has great potential, but you chose a HUGE icon to try out, so of course we're gonna judge harshly on it. 3/10, but if it cleans up nicely I'll rate higher.
