Also, to rate the card, it sucks. 1 tribute monster with 2000 atk, with a double attack. Too simple. Sucky.

i think 1 tribute is fine, i mean look at some normal cards, theres summoned skull with 2500 ATK & 1200 DEF & that only needs 1 tribute. just tweak the effect a little, something like it can attack 2 times if its your only monsters on the field.
