In order to Special Summon this card, subtract the Level of a Dark Tuner monster from the Level of 1 other monster you control; the value must equal the Level of this card.

When this card is Dark Synchro Summoned, pay 1500 Life Points to destroy all Monsters your opponant controls, inflict 800 damage for each card destroyed.

 

Supposed to add, "to the opponant" at the end, but too hell if i'm doing it all again.
