Card Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing 5 monsters in your Graveyard from play and tributing "Judgment Dragon" and "Dark Armed Dragon". This card cannot be targeted by card effects. You can discard 1 card to destroy all cards on your opponent's side of the field. If you activate this effect, it is now the End Phase. If this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points, you can Special Summon up to 3 monsters from your Deck or Graveyard, regardless of Summoning Conditions. [/size]

I fixed some things.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 5 monsters in your Graveyard from play and tributing "Judgment Dragon" and "Dark Armed Dragon" on your Side of the Field. This card cannot be targeted by any card effect. You can discard 1 card to destroy all cards on your opponent's side of the field. If you activate this effect, you must end your turn. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points, you can Special Summon up to 3 monsters from your Deck or Graveyard, ignoring the summoning Conditions.

There's a lot of problems with the card. Firstly, the summoning conditions are absurd. You need to remove 5 monsters from your graveyard and tribute Dark Armed AND Judgment Dragon? If you have either DAD or Judgment out, 99/100 of the time you're about to win anyway. If you somehow have both out, you BETTER be about to win. DAD goes in Dark decks and Judgment goes in Lightsworn. Why would you put them in the same deck?

Next...5000 ATK...the only monsters with 5000 ATK are fusions. Even with this card's conditions, 4000 would be more befitting.

The effect: Can't be targeted by effects...okay...discard a card to clear the opponent's field. ARE YOU KIDDING?! Discarding a card for Raigeki and Harpie's Feather Duster's effects? The downside is your turn ends. So what? You've got a huge monster out that will always have ammo to use this effect and it can't be targeted. Lastly...if it deals damage, you can summon any 3 monsters...it's a 5000 that probably cleared the field once. And it it didn't, Judgment Dragon and Dark Armed should have prior to summoning this. Dealing damage is easy and summoning THREE monsters is absurd, not to mention you're giving the ability to summon almost ANYTHING. Like that DAD and Judgment Dragon in your graveyard. And it's still the battle phase.

The only way I see this card being used is to utterly insult your opponent because they're getting annihilated by a card that requires you to play a double deck strategy and then tribute each strategies' respective ace monsters for something even more absurdly powerful, deal a ton of damage and bring back 3 huge creatures to finish the game.

I rate it 1/10 for...being flawed and overpowered in every way.
