this is a great card but its OP if your field is full and you Summon it then you ditch 8 cards and this card can attack 8 times. thats waaaaaaaay OP. You need restrictions and a pretty big drawback to make this balanced. And toss the gains and loses thing because that saying exactly this "When this card destroys and monster leave its attack the same." Unless you ment and loses 200 DEF which is ok just go back and add it in

I understand that' date=' but that's when the knownledge of being beated to death by card effect similar to this that come handy.

 

That's true, the card can attack up to 8 times if I ditch 8 cards from her effect, but that a close look at this card effect.

 

Each turn, this card can attack as many of your [b']opponent's monsters[/b] as the number of destroyed cards by this card effect.

 

That means that I can attack up to 8 time my opponents monsters, but it cannot attack your opponent's Life Points directly if she does this effect.

 

As for the decrease and increase, her ATK will only increase, if the original DEF isn't lower than 200. Which mean that her ATK will be at max 3200 ATK with 0 DEF.

 

All of this is in the ruling of YGO.
