The reasons behind it will come to be clear when you see the Ritual Monsters and Spells. You may either open the pack with those scissors, or stab me in the eyes with them. [spoiler=Monsters][spoiler=Vanilla] [spoiler=Effect] [spoiler=Ritual] [spoiler=Fusion] [spoiler=Tokens] [spoiler=Spells] [spoiler=Extra Info]I researched who the more obscure characters like Ray were and built effects around their histories.Shadic: I originally had him as a Fusion Monster, but was told to make him a Ritual Monster because only One card can summon him. [spoiler=Mini-text Lores]SMSHoD: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set and can only be Special Summoned from your hand or deck by tributing "Sonic", "Sonya", and "Manic" face-up on your side of the field. If summoned from your hand, it gains the following effect: If an effect of a card would destroy this monster, negate the card and destroy it. You may only use this ability three times. If summoned from your deck, it gains the following ability: Once per turn the controller of this card may special summon one lvl 4 or lower "Mobian" card from his/her deck, hand, or graveyard to the field in attack position. Fire Sonic: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing one "Sonic the Hedgehog" from your field and discarding one "Fire Flower" from your hand. Once per duel, you may destroy other all monsters with an original ATK lower than or equal to this card's ATK on the field, in both player's hands, and each players deck. If you use this effect, remove from play this card and Special Summon one Stonehog Token. (Beast-Warrior-Type/EARTH/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 2000/This token cannot inflict battle damage to your opponent.) Hyper Sonic:This card is Ritual Summoned by the effect of "Emerald Upgrade". This card's attribute is also treated as FIRE, WATER, EARTH, and WIND. For every Mobian monster in your graveyard or on your field, increase this monster's ATK and DEF by 500. Neutrality Man Posted December 14, 2009 Author Report Share Posted December 14, 2009 UPDATES: Werehog card.[spoiler=Lore]This card can be Special Summoned by tributing one "Sonic the Hedgehog" and one DARK Attribute monster. If this card was summoned in this way, shuffle this card into your deck and Special Summon the tributed monsters at the End Phase. When this card destroys a monster by battle, increase this card's ATK and DEF by 300, if this card's ATK is 3000 or higher, this effect is negated. Yes, I still use the old OCG terms. Aside from the outdated OCG, these cards really pretty good. Instead of making a new "Mobian" subtype that actually doesn't seem to see a whole lot of use, most people just put it in the monster's name.
