Zachary sat, waiting for his next move. Well, Jared, its your turn to play defensive soon enough. And when it's my turn, I promise you won't have long.

 

"Master, sir," Damion said, bowing to Zachary, who was deep in thought, "It would seem that 4 weeks have passed since Jared's last offensive strike..."

 

"Yes, I understand," Zachary waived the notice.

 

 

((Sorry about the two-week jump, it's just I want to wrap this up soon, because in mid-october Pravus Year 2 is projected to start))

 

Jared sat on his bed, rubbing his temples. "How long can I feint this null attack, Klaus?"

 

"I would say hold on to it for another few days. Don't direct any warning threat against Zachary."

 

Garrett smiled from the point where he was sitting in the corner, he's knees to his chest. "Please, Klaus. Zachary would want Jared to hold out because that would give Zachary more time to plan an attack, but that's probably already done. It's almost his turn to start playing."

 

Ariel jumped down from the top bunk, directly over Jared's bed. "Garrett, you may know Zachary, but I know people. Zachary is still a person. He's not going to start trying until he's put in a corner. Then, it will be a hideous massacre."

 

Jared looked at Ariel, her serene footsteps across the cabin floor over to Garrett. "Ariel, what do you mean trying? I'm on the brink of insanity, and he's not even trying? Ezekiel and he are on two completely different levels. I can tell that from the moment I met him. I had a hard time fighting Ezekiel because I had a personal tie to him... He and I were friends, back when I was young. He killed most of my family, sparing myself and my brothers."

 

Ariel frowned, "You're so negative. You need to lighten up a bit Jared. You've got us to help you."

((really? i thought year 2 would be later than that cool))

 

Raphael was walking around camp thinking "Whats been with Kallen these last few days? She seems... diffrent then she did before and she hasn't been outside in a while..."

 

Asuka was swimming in the lake and laughing a bit because Raphael still hadn't noticed that Asuka can hear his thoughts still so he knew what he was thinking about which helped him know when to talk to him in case he was mad about something

Asuka let out a sigh "man its nice to have a calm day at camp" he said floating on his back and looking at the clouds.

 

Raphael stopped at Kallen's cabin looking at the boy at the door then continued walking around camp now thinking "Who was that? The look on Kallen's face made it seem they know each other... Who is this guy?"

"It's been pretty good. I went to Russia for a semester there. Left, went around the world viewing monuments. Very interesting. I must be off. I have to unpack," he said waving as he walked off.

 

Jared was walking down the hill, walking towards the flagpoles. So much headaches recently...

 

Zachary sat in his throne-like chair, watching the camp. The concentrated amount of energy just rose. That is a good sign...

Raphael went over and sat at by the lake with his feet in the water thinking "Should i talk to her or not...".

 

Asuka noticed Raphael's questioning exprestion on his face so he swam over and asked "Hey Raphael what's wrong?"

 

"Huh? oh hey...nothing its just..." Raphael paused for a moment "Have you noticed something diffrent about Kallen?" he finally asked

 

"Yeah she has been staying in her cabin for a week now and i haven't seen her very much at all" Asuka said

 

"Well, I just saw her at her door talking to a new camper and she seemed so happy... The problem is i didn't see the campers face." Raphael said looking back for a second then back at Asuka

((I'm going to keep the name of the boy classified for a while, until it is revealed specifically by me...))

 

He walked down the road, coming up on the lake. "Hello, Asuka. How are you?"

 

Jared was sitting on the small sandy stretch before the lake, laying back. "Nice to know that some of the campers have left. Too bad some of them were good friends though."

 

Damion was sitting in a tree. "So, Jared, brother, you still plan on winning this impossible battle?"

 

Jared laughed, "Of course, Damion. We are not on the best of terms, but we are linked. Please do not harm any one of my friends, and I won't kill you, again."

Jared was looking around. Hmm, who's that? Asuka seems to know him...

 

The boy closed his blue eye, looking at Asuka with the red one. Asuka, you shouldn't remember me. How do you?

 

The boy saw into Asuka's mind, traveling the small space between them. He was looking for a wall of energy in his memory. "There's nothing here...."
