This card can only be *Special* Summoned by *Tributing* 1 Machine-Type monster *on your side of the field*. The OCG Fix below consists of the right OCG and what I think the effect should be changed to so it's balanced. I also believe you should raise it to Level 8. OCG Fix: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Releasing 1 Machine-Type monster you control. Once per turn you can Release 1 monster you control to destroy 1 monster your opponent controls. Ratings: Name - 6/10.Pic - 2/10.Effect - 4/10.Total - 12/30.
