Axoren

Send 1 Toon monster to the graveyard from the field. The owner of that card may choose to Special Summon from the graveyard the monster's non-Toon counterpart.

Image Courtesy of Brutalster @ http://brutalster.deviantart.com/ Card is good for countering certain Toon-based decks or attacking twice with both versions of the monster. Attack with the Toon, then with the regular monster. It's like De-Fusion for Toons.
Kitty
cool but OCGgraveyard = Graveyard all in all 9/
General Assclown
Not that good. Very simple and kinda useless. 4 /
Altyrell
Send 1 "Toon" monster on the field to the Graveyard. The controller of the sent "Toon" Monster can choose to Special Summon the non-"Toon" Monster counterpart from their Hand, Deck, or Graveyard. This card is slightly useless cause not many people play Toons, not to mention those that do, usually don't include the Non-Toon Counterpart

Axoren
But think about it, it's useful for using IN a Toon deck, read the updated post for the note I placed at the bottom.

Altyrell
while yes it could be helpful if your running a Toon Deck that also have the Non-Toon counterparts but not many people do that... Also, what i would suggest in terms of the picture, is to find a Blue-Eyes White Dragon and a Blue EYes Toon Dragon and kind of spliced them together sort of... Axoren
Yugioh isn't real. They can't go photograph a Blue-eyes White Dragon... If we're making cartoons real, a cake photo is perfect. I waited too long to post that *fell asleep in my chair for a sec* I'd like too see if you can pull that off, it would be wonderful for this card.
