K well.........rate and comment. I'm sure theres no OCG errors. I think it's a little OP'd and the effect is kinda simple but balanced, i think. Please rate using the stars too (top of the page)

 

 

Effect - This card cannot be Set. While this card is face-up on the field neither player can declare an attack. When this card is destroyed by the effect of a Spell Card, Special Summon this card from your Graveyard at the End Phase. Destroy this card 3 turns after it was Normal Summoned.

I made another card like Frozen Frame but sorta the opposite.

 

 

Effect - This card cannot be Special Summoned or Set. While this card is face-up on the field, all monsters on the field must remain in Attack Position. For every monster in Attack Position, this card gains 500 ATK. Destroy this card 3 turns after it was Normal Summoned. When this card is destroyed by its own effect, destroy all cards on the field.

The reason it has no ATK or DEF is because in my view, it'd be pointless (u cant attack remember) and just overpower the card.

The only way to destroy it, is by Traps and that'd be impossible if you can't attack so........

For Frozen Frame, you just said it can't be special summoned, and yet when it's destroyed by a spell card's effect, it can?

Come on. I added a new card, I'd like some more comments please! I didnt see that Special Summon thingy, I'll fix that.

actually I was having net problems and it won't show the 2nd card.

 

So I'll comment on that now:

 

First effect is a monster version of Final Attack Orders. I may drop the level to 6 because I don't see that many monsters on the field all at once

Hey..whats that...its like someone is whispering in my ear....."awesome". I like the card, but the new card needs to say something like "This card cannot be Special Summoned or Set except by it's own effect"

there both really good cards, but maybe on fire force, raise up 500 ATK to like 700 or somthing, cuz the strongest it could get would be 2500 and thats not to good.

No actually the strongest he could get is 5000 ATK (if the field is maxed out with monsters)
