Lore: When this card is Normal Summoned or Flip Summoned, destroy all monsters your opponent controls. Inflict damage to your opponent for each level of their destroyed monsters x100. This card cannot attack your opponent directly. During the turn this card is Normal Summoned or Flip Summoned, monsters you control are switched to Defense Position. Monsters switched to Defense Position due to this effect cannot change their Battle Position until your next turn.

Rates? Hates? Fixes? All welcome.

Including your own? a Max of 9 monsters. If they're all level 4, 9 * 4 = 36 * 100 = 3600. The inability to attack afterwards is good. Meaning the most damage caused by him is 3600 that turn. However, that's insanely OP. A monster should never be able to do that much damage with a Raigeki effect. Change that to destroy up to 2 or 3 or something. That way, even if they have tribute monsters on the field, you don't murder them horribly.

No' date=' its only your opponent's monsters, not your own.

Ahh, misread that. That's a more balanced effect than I perceived. However, Gilford the Lightning pulls off a Raigeki for 3 Tributes, you pull off that and more for 2. I'm not sure if the destroying your own monsters part really compensates because you don't NEED to have more than 2 monsters on the field to summon this so none of your monsters need to be destroyed.

Kinda Op'ed Again. 7/10

Edit: Grigg's effect has been tampered with.
