Metal Minds Effect: Tribute a Machine-Type monster to Speacial Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster on the field. The card's effect(s) is negated. Preffered Non Tuner Monster ( Robot Shaman ) Effect: A powerful Machine Spellcaster that uses it's skills on enemy attacks.
