You want Tuner's, and you want Chief because he is a 5 Star. - 2 Zaborg-1 Mobius- Cydra- Card Destruction (lolwhy)- Morphing Jar (lolwhy) + 1 Caius+ 1 Chief+ 1 E Tele+ 2 Krebons+ 1 Psychic COmmander - Rite of Spirit+ Trap Dustshoot - 1 Necrovalley- 1 Something else+ 2 Allure of Darkness Allure is a promo, E tele is less than $10 (about $8) and everything else is really cheap, negligible. Since you can't get Solemn's, I guess this is as much as I can help you with. You run a few personal choice cards that I would not go for (I personally do not feel it necessary to run Vortex), but it's your build so that's cool. Card destrucation and Morph for tuners ill probs do, i wont add Chife as i have played him befor and he dosen do enoght for this deck, i would rather tribute for Monarch then Chife. I dont own Trap Dooshot, but even if i did i would still rune Rite of Sprit as its a free tribe for Monarch. I will do that for allur when i get it. About lighting, i feel in this format with deck that sworm and sworm fast (Lightsworn, Blackwings etc....) if i want this deck to control i needto destory there monster and put them in the Grave where they can get them.
