[spoiler=Plot]Prior to the events of BlazBlue, humanity was on the verge of extinction from the "Black Beast", a creature of Darkness. The world was saved by six heroes who wielded magic. They helped humanity create "Armagus", a fusion of magic and technology, to defeat the Beast.

 

After the war, the Novus Orbis Librarium Armagus (the Library or NOL for short) was created to govern the world with the use of Armagus. A great deal of dissent was caused by the Library, partly due to Armagus' use in nearly every facet of society, and the widening socioeconomic gap between those who could and couldn't use Armagus. This dissent would eventually form years later into The Ikaruga Civil War, when the Ikaruga Union openly rebelled against the Library. After the war, the Library imposed a harsher rule on the world, punishing any rebellion against the Library with the death penalty.

 

In December A.D. 2199, several years after the Ikaruga Civil War, a branch of the Library was utterly destroyed by an SS-class traitor named "Ragna the Bloodedge" also known as "Mr. Grim Reaper", in an attempt to destroy the entire Library. The Novus Orbis Librarium Armagus, hoping to stop him, immediately put the largest bounty ever for anyone who could capture him. Interestingly, Ragna possessed a powerful form of Armagus known as the "Azure Grimoire" (Grimoire of the Blue in Japan), also known as the BlazBlue. This led to the Librarium, as well as the Ikaruga Union and other fighters, to be after not just his bounty, but also his grimoire.

 

[spoiler=Main characters]Ragna the Bloodedge http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v220/Paranoia190/BlazBlue/RGN001.png - also known as the Grim Reaper. After destroying a branch of the NOL, he was labeled as a wanted criminal and received a large bounty on his head. He posesses a powerful form of Armagus called the Azure Grimoire, which is often either the secondary or primary target of those after his bounty. His ultimate goal is to destroy the Library for reasons unknown. He is Jin's biological brother, whose rivalry with him stems from an accident that happened with their sister, Saya, who was presumed to be dead. His right arm is mechanical because his real one was cut off in a fight against Hazama (who at the time was disguised as Jin.) He was resurrected by Rachel as a vampire, causing one of his green eyes to turn red. The Azure Grimoire he posesses is actually a fake, and the real grimoire is actually destined to be wielded by Noel.

 

Jin Kisaragi http://i613.photobucket.com/albums/tt218/Flyer332/Blazblue/1236180187246.jpg - Jin Kisaragi is the Major of the NOL, being one of its elite commanding officers. He is always cool and calm, but is also easily jealous, ambitious, and posessive, with little care for others, treating them like they're just obstacles. He displayed formidable actions to gain his rank during the Ikaruga Civil War. When he heard that Ragna had arrived on the scene, he quickly abandoned his post to hunt him down by himself. The truth however is that Ragna is Jin's biological brother, and their rivalry with him stems from an accident involving their long lost sister Saya. After the incident, he was adopted into the Kisaragi house, a highly powerful and respected family within the NOL. He possesses a notable psychosis, said to be caused by his sword, the Nox Nyctores "Yukianesa". While the sword grants him manipulation over ice, it is also speculated to drive its user insane.

 

Noel Vermillion http://i613.photobucket.com/albums/tt218/Flyer332/Blazblue/1236180238636.jpg - This young girl was found amidst the burning fields of Ikaruga where she was rescued, and then adopted by the family of Vermillion. It was because of her outstanding combat activity that she became a high-ranking member of the NOL using the Nox Nyctores "Bolverkr" revolver. She was made Jin's subordinate by the NOL, although she disliked Jin for disliking her because of a traumatic past run-in with v-13. (This is a result of both Noel and v-13 having the same face.) When Jin rushed off to hunt down Ragna without permission from the NOL, Noel was assigned to stop him and bring him back to his post at the Library. In truth, Noel suffers from amnesia. She is actually u-12, the predecessor of v-13, which explains why Jin thought she had her successor's face. Also in truth, she is actually the true reincarnation of Ragna's and Jin's sister Saya, and is said to be the true posessor of the Azure Grimoire. However, considering their relatively close ages (Jin, Ragna, and Noel), she could actually be Saya, somehow surviving the ordeal when they were young. She is easily won over by small, cute animals (agreeing to be dressed up by Litchi if she could play with the Panda in one story path, and even shouts "Hands off the panda!" during battle with her) and has an inferiority complex with her bosom.

 

Iron Tager (TR-00009) http://i166.photobucket.com/albums/u109/SolBadguy_2007/IronTager.jpg - Originally the leader of an Ikaruga unit, Tager suffered a mortal wound during the Ikaruga Civil War and was forced to withdraw. He was revived as an enormous cyborg by Kokonoe, whom he pledged loyalty to afterwards. After his revival, he bears a similar resemblance to a demon, which resulted in him dubbed as the "Red Devil of Sector Seven". He is feared by many, but in truth is an easy-going, peaceful gentle giant who hates violence. He has resumed his duties since his revival as a cyborg and is currently not only pursuing Ragna, but is also looking for Arakune.

 

Rachel Alucard http://i613.photobucket.com/albums/tt218/Flyer332/Blazblue/Rachel20full.jpg - The current head of the noble vampire clan of Alucard, Rachel slipped out of her castle in search of fun because she hates to be bored. Despite her status however, she deeply loathes her vampiric impulses. She seems to be stalking Ragna - this is because she accidentally turned him into a half-vapire giving him his powers. (This is also the reasoning behind his heterochromia.) Rachel can apparently create a small pocket dimension called Requiem, which she calls the dream world. She is often accompanied by her familiars, Nago and Gii, whom she often treats very roughly, and is supervised by her butler and guardian Valkynhayn. Rachel is the only character seemingly aware of the full extent of the story.

 

Taokaka http://i613.photobucket.com/albums/tt218/Flyer332/Blazblue/CS005_Taokaka.png - A resident of the Kaka village and member of the Kaka tribe, Taokaka is a catgirl, wearing a large coat that obscures her true face, only exposing red eyes and a row of teeth. (Wether or not this is her true face mystery.) She wants to get back the sky above her village, which was sealed off by humans building cities above her village. She recently heard of a bounty on Ragna's head and thought getting the bounty sounded a lot of fun, thus becoming a vigilante while she was at it. Despite this resolve, she is considerably both lazy and forgetful, often falling asleep on a whim or becoming hungry moments after a meal. She is good friends with Litchi, affectionately referring to her as "Boobie Lady". Although, she doesn't seem to refer to anyone other than herself by name, such as calling Ragna "Rawnga", Bang "scruffy-man", and even Jubei as "Cat-man". Interesting to note is the fact that the Kaka tribe, which she hails from, is actually genetically engineered from the genes of the original Grimalkin (the name that refers to the species of the Kaka tribe), Jubei, one of the six heroes.

 

Litchi Faye Ling http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v220/Paranoia190/BlazBlue/LCH001.png - A renowned doctor living in Orient Town, located in Kagutsuchi. She owns a clinic there and is helped by her assistant Lin Hua. She worked with Tager and Han in Sector Seven until the incident where Han became Arakune. She defends the local townspeople from Arakune and seeks to restore him to his former self through any means necessary, even through death. She also seems to respect Bang and even goes off apologizing to him if she defeats him in a match, although she remains unaware of the true extent of his feelings for her. She is often subject to adoration for her noticably large bust. She is well-known and trusted by the Kaka clan living beneath Kagutsuchi, often bringing them food or teaching their members. She is also the host of her own Fourth Wall Mail show "Tell Me! Dr. Litchi", drawn in chibi-fied form, where she teaches about the plot of BlazBlue and answers questions from various other characters, ranging from Taokaka's elders to even Ragna.

 

Arakune http://i613.photobucket.com/albums/tt218/Flyer332/Blazblue/Arkune20full.jpg - This black blob-like creature with a white mask was actually once a man named Han, who formerly worked alongside Tager and Litchi in Sector seven. After a horrible accident involving Armagus, he became what he is today, now housing innumerable insects with his now-blobby body and thriving on knowledge. His horrible condition has rendered him virtually insane, as well as distorting his speech to near incoherancy. He currently lives in the sewers of Kagutsuchi and will attack anyone who visits there, and has also been known to attack and devour his victims to sustain himself. He has been increasingly attacking the Kaka clan as a result. Recently, he has heard of Ragna, whose actions have caused him to surface and decide to look for him to consume his immense life force.

 

Bang Shishigami http://i613.photobucket.com/albums/tt218/Flyer332/Blazblue/1236181003280.jpg - After losing his home in the Ikaruga Civil War and his master Tenjo at the hands of Jin Kisaragi, Bang and his followers began living in Kagutsuchi waiting for the right moment to strike back at the NOL. There, he, while being a ninja, declares himself a hero of justice and dedicates himself to pursuing love and justice and exterminating evil and overturning injustice wherever he goes. He is quite senile, prone to speeches and tangents as well as making dramatic entrances, and is apparently acquainted with Litchi, always willing to go charging hammily headlong if he sees someone making her upset. Despite his brashness, it seems that he is more likely a person that approaches anything he does in an overzealous way, subtlety not usually at the forefront of his mind. He also wants Ragna's bounty, believing him to be a criminal and nothing more. In the home console version, when he uses his Fuurinkazan move, its own theme song, "Omae no Tetsui ni Kugi wo Ute" will start playing. This song, along with his choice of clothing, movement and mannerisms, is derrived as a parody of the tokusatsu hero concept, more specifically Kamen rider.

 

Carl Clover http://i613.photobucket.com/albums/tt218/Flyer332/Blazblue/1236180496655.jpg - Carl is a young boy who, like Noel and Jin, was also a student at the Military Academy, but somehow dropped out while Noel and Jin graduated. Currently, he is after Ragna's bounty, leading him to be a vigilante as well. He often travels with a maid-like puppet called Nirvana, whom he calls his sister Ada. What he doesn't know is that it might be Nirvana controlling his actions - Nirvana is actually a sentient, cursed puppet that drives its user insane - a Nox Nyctores similar to Jin's sword and Noel's pistol. Carl was mad at his father for doing something to his real sister Ada (whom he calls Nirvana because she reminds him of her), leading him to want revenge. This has led Carl to a state of extreme paranoia and possessiveness over his "sister."

 

Hakumen http://i613.photobucket.com/albums/tt218/Flyer332/Blazblue/1236180876916.png - One of the six heroes, Hakumen is a samurai-like cyborg wielding a sword as tall as he is and wearing a mask that completely hides his face. After the defeat of the Black Beast, Hakumen was trapped in the Gate for centuries until he was finally released by Kokonoe when Ragna appeared. He has since become Kokonoe's servant, often finding his battles interrupted by her much to his agitation. Hakumen often says that his sword will purify the world of sin and vanquish that which is evil. In truth, Hakumen is in fact Jin from a different timeline. Despite the fact that Jubei is regarded as the world's strongest being, he states in the chibi show that Hakumen was the real star, maybe indicating that the cyborg either took charge of the battle through leadership, delivered the killing blow to the Black Beast, or is actually stronger than Jubei.

 

ν -13 http://i229.photobucket.com/albums/ee70/hezaiku/BLAZBLUE/CS012_New.png - A Mecha Musume who was sealed in the Sheol Gate. She was programmed to terminate anyone she deems as hostile subjects that come near the Gate. ν-13 is also shown to have a split personality, split between an emotionless girl when around others and a Yandere when around Ragna, who she is in love with, though this might be how she was programmed to act. ν-13 wants to absorb Ragna and have him join her in destroying the world, because she, too, posesses an Azure Grimoire (although not knowing that the grimoire she posesses is actually a fake and could possibly kill both of them). When Ragna refuses to join her and breaks her heart, she decides to take him by force. She also knows Hakumen, recognizing him as a "SUSANOOH Unit". She was made as a clone of Saya, Ragna's and Jin's sister who was presumed dead, when, in fact, Noel is the true reincarnation of Saya. Both of them even have a couple of shared memories, particularly one of a young Ragna. Jin often recognizes her face because her face reminds him of Saya, yet hates her for a traumatic past run-in with her, thus leading to his disliking towards Noel. Like Ragna, ν-13, too, may also have been reincarnated from the Black Beast. In battle, she summons numerous swords to keep pressure on her opponents from a distance. Her battle appearance even stems from a apparatus, resembling something between a coffin and a sword, that is sometimes summoned during her battle entrance.

Accepted! I order for us to start We need people that will rp as the Main Characters. So we need about 11 more. If you can get people to join but as one of Main Characters. But two of the main characters don't show until later in rp so it's nine more in order for us to start.

Don't you think that's a little ambitious? I think you should make the plot small enought that you can control all the main characters. Not many people want to RP as someone else's character. Everyone want to make one for themselves. But, that's just my opinion. If you want 12+ people to be RPing at once then go ahead. Assembling all those people is going to be a pain though.
