First written cards in a while.

They focus on drawing cards.

Fallen Hero Exxarrei

(***) DARK

Warrior/Effect

ATK- 1500

DEF- 0

Effect: This card gains an extra 400 ATK for every monster card on your opponents side of the field. While this card is on the field, both players draw a card during the Standby Phase.

 

Fallen Hero Minifer

(***) DARK

Warrior/Effect

ATK- ?

DEF- ?

Effect: This cards ATK is the amount of cards in your opponents hand x500. While this card is on the field, both players draw a card during the End Phase.

 

Fallen Hero Blackawg

(* * * * *) DARK

Warrior/Effect

ATK- 2500

DEF-100

Effect: When this card destroys a Defense Position card by battle, your opponent loses life points equal to this cards ATK points. While this card is on the field, both players draw a card during the Battle Phase.

Fallen Burst

Normal Spell Card

Destroy 1 face-down Spell or Trap Card on the field. Your opponent then draws 1 card. If it is the same type of card as the destroyed card, your opponent sends it to the Graveyard.

 

Fallen Tag

Quick-Play Spell Card

Activate only when a "Fallen Hero" monster is selected as an attack target. Send the attack target "Fallen Hero" back to your Deck and Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Fallen Hero" from your Graveyard.

 

Blade of the Fallen

Equip Spell Card

Equip only to a "Fallen Hero" monster. The equipped monster gains 1000 ATK during the Battle Phase. Each time the equipped monster destroys a monster, your opponent draws 2 cards.

Fail to Draw

Normal Trap Card

Activate only when during your opponent's Draw Phase, if your opponent drew cards during your turn. Your opponent discards 1 card and skips his/her next Draw Phase.

 

Trade of the Fallen

Normal Trap Card

Activate only when your opponent declares an attack. Negate the attack and flip the attacking monster face-down. Your opponent then draws 2 cards.

 

Fallen Curse

Continuous Trap Card

Your opponent cannot Summon, Set or activate cards that were drawn from the Deck by a card effect. Pay 800 Life Points during each of your Standby Phases. If you cannot, destroy this card.

The cards seem good, but I don't see a theme going on. The fallen dudes seem to get power from aspects of the duel, but the spell and trap cards don't make much sense.

[spoiler=Here's an analysis for every card:]

Exxarrei - Nice swarm destroyer, it could go better with 1400 ATK or something from the start, so that it can hold it's own when there is only one monster on the field. Other than that, I saw an OCG error, and fixed it here:

"Increase the ATK of this card by 400 for each monster on your opponent's side of the field. If this card is on your side of the field during your Standby Phase, both players draw a card.

Minifer - Nice, and it works with the other Fallen Heroes, which make this byotch stronger, but can also be easily killed. If you write "This card's ATK is...", then the ATK of the monster should be ?. Or just write "Increase the ATK of this card by..." Once again, the OCG error is the end sentence, which should be "During your End Phase, if this card is on your side of the field, both players draw a card."

Blackawg - I didn't like the name. The card isn't that awesome too, and it gets outclassed by many cards that inflict damage equal to the ATK of the destroyed monster. Once again, the last sentence is wrong, but you know how to fix it now. Not good for a trump card.

Fallen Rising - Not creative. Helps them, but it doesn't go with the theme. Isn't the whole strategy making Minifer a powerhouse? This doesn't work with it.

Fallen Calling - Same as the above. Doesn't work with the theme, and is OP'd, too simple.

Fallen Summoning - Same as the above. Doesn't work with the theme, and is UP'd, and too simple.

Fallen Payment - Not that awesome. So you inflict, like 300 life points, or 500? Not enough.

Fallen Sacrifice - OP'd. Make it discard a card or something.

Fallen Curse - NO. It just destructs the only winning strategy, which is making Minifer a powerhouse.

 

 

The monsters are meh, but the spells and traps are bad. I'll make better spells and traps, and you can use those instead, it would help.
