Megarrock Dinosaur: This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by Tributing 3 Dinosaur-Type monsters. While this face-up card is on your side of the field your opponent cannot select Dinosaur-Type monsters as an attack target. Instead they must attack this monster. If this face-up Defense Position monster is attacked by a monster your opponent controls, Special Summon 1 Dinosaur-Type monster from your Deck to your side of the field.

 

Megarrock Inferno Beast: This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by Tributing 3 Pyro-Type monsters. While this face-up card is on your side of the field your opponent cannot select Pyro-Type monsters as an attack target. Instead they must attack this monster. If this face-up Defence Position monster is attacked by a monster your opponent controls, inflict 500 to your opponent's Life Points.

 

Megarrock Lion: This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by Tributing 3 Beast-Type monsters. While this face-up card is on your side of the field your opponent cannot select Beast-Type monsters as an attack target. Instead they must attack this monster. If this face-up Defence Position monster is attacked by a monster your opponent controls, you can add 1 card from your Graveyard to your hand.

 

Megarrock Shark: This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by Tributing 3 Fish-Type monsters. While this face-up card is on your side of the field your opponent cannot select Fish-Type monsters as an attack target. Instead they must attack this monster. If this face-up Defence Position monster is attacked by a monster your opponent controls, destroy the attacking monster at the end of the Damage Step.

 

Megarrock Snake: This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by Tributing 3 Reptile-Type monsters. While this face-up card is on your side of the field your opponent cannot select Reptile-Type monsters as an attack target. Instead they must attack this monster. Each time this face-up Defense Position monster is attacked by a monster your opponent controls put 1 "Megarrock" Counter on this card, you can remove 2 "Megarrock" Counters from this card to destroy 1 face-down card on your opponent's side of the field.

 

Megarrock Tortoise: This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by Tributing 3 Aqua-Type monsters. While this face-up card is on your side of the field your opponent cannot select Aqua-Type monsters as an attack target. Instead they must attack this monster. If this face-up Defense Position monster is attacked by a monster your opponent controls, all Aqua-Type monsters you control gain 500 ATK and DEF until the End Phase. Once per turn, by Tributing 1 Aqua-Type monster, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent.

 

Megarrock Beast from Hell: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play "Megarrock Shark", "Megarrock Dinosaur", "Megarrock Inferno Beast", "Megarrock Snake", "Megarrock Tortoise" and "Megarrock Lion" from your side of the field or in your Graveyard. This card cannot be destroyed by Battle with a Fish, Dinosaur, Pyro, Reptile, Aqua, Beast or Warrior-Type monsters. If this card is attacked by a Fish, Dinosaur, Pyro, Reptile, Aqua or Beast-Type monsters reduce the ATK of the attacking monster to 0. This card cannot be destroyed by the effect of Fish, Dinosaur, Pyro, Reptile, Aqua or Beast-Type monsters. If this card would be destroyed by the effect of a Spell or Trap card your opponent controls, you can send 1 "Megarrock" monster from your hand or Deck to the Graveyard to negate the effect of the Spell or Trap card and Destroy it.

While there are minor errors with their effects, these cards look very nice!

 

Good job.

All the effects seem very similar. I'd reduce it to 2 of each type and make each of the effects different. The OCG doesn't have any glaring problems, so well done.
