[spoiler=monsters:] [spoiler=tuners:] [spoiler=spells:] [spoiler=traps:] [spoiler=synchro cards:][spoiler=effect:]1 tuner + 1 or more monster(s)Once per turn, when a face-up monster you control is selected as an attack target, you can change the target to this card. Activate folowing effect during your Battle Phase: select 1 Thunder-type Monster on your side of the field then this card gains ATK equal to half of the selected Monsters ATK. [spoiler=effect:]1 tuner + 1 or more monster(s)When this card attacks while you control monsters other than this card, it gains 500 ATK until the End Phase. Once per turn if this card would be destroyed and send to the Graveyard, you can tribute 1 Thunder-type monster on your side of the field instead. [spoiler=effect Voltic War Dragoon:]1 Thunder-type Tuner Monster + 2 or more non-Tuner monstersIf this card destroys a monster your opponent controls, all Defense Position monsters your opponent controls are changed to Attack Position after damage calculation and cannot be changed of Battle Position until your opponents End Phase. When this card attacks, negate all your opponent's Trap Cards and set those cards face-down again. I think Orb Dragon's effect should only last until the end phase or standby phase but thats the only problem i see.
