WTF is up with all the bans!?

People who have done nothing wrong, like Max C. and Dark (dunno if he's unbanned yet), are banned, yet people who spam the f*** out of this place are still here *glares at ZenQued*.

I have a suspicion of the culprit *glares at Icy*, but I have no proof.

But Icy, Frunk, whoever banned these people, give a reason please, it's getting annoying, you don't kno what is safe to do without getting banned. And Icy, I'm guessing it has something to do with your "Post after me and your banned" posts, but please explain nonetheless.

Very simple, the mods have finally awakened.

You know, not every moderator knows the members well. They do not spend hours a day just looking around who spams and who doesn't. Instead, they use a cheap way. Everytime they encounter a thread where someone spams 'ONCE', the banhammer whacks the spammers. ZenQued (as you used as an example) got lucky and the mods didn't realize he had been spamming.

Also, some mods are very aggressive, immediately giving a ban. Others slowly give warnings (most are permanent) and soon, they become banned.

Yeah, someone lit a firecracker next to their beds lol. And ZQ has been really, really lucky to post in threads where mods don't look.

Icy puts those posts in topics which he does not have the power to actually lock himself. However his authority is still applicable, which is where the concept of a "spiritual lock" comes into play.

Furthermore, I think it's quite obvious that posting after a post that includes anything along the lines of "post after me and you're banned" will result in a ban. Making a post afterward with the sole intention of taunting Icy with a "haha, you can't lock this and I can keep posting!" is a shining example of being an ass, and is deserving of any consequences that might result.

At least that's my take on this matter. I don't claim to know Icy's thoughts or be 100% sure of the rhyme and reason of his actions.

To be honest, I think the banhammer is getting stronger.

From Pikapedia: The Banhammer, a legendary hammer, is a weapon used by moderators to destroy noobs. The effects are powerful, including a 50% splash attack and a 10% chance to get permanatly banned. Banhammers are not used until absolutely necessary.

Banhammers were once dormant and locked secretly in the Moderator's Forum. Now the Banhammer has awakened and used by the most fiercest of those wielders.

inorite? Why don't they ban more spammers, trolls, and other bad things instead of nice members who did something once. Some of the worse members are still active. But who knows? The good members who are banned could of done something reaaally bad.

And Max C.? RAEG.

Post 36.

That's the reason why Max C. was banned. Then again' date=' by that logic, so should HORUS [NWO'], Solus Shade, Death Metal, -Azmodius- AND Shockwave™ be banned.

But that logic has been denied, and thus, they are just lucky <_<

However, most of the good members that don't do anything bad, until they do it just once, once, and they are banned. And you got the other members who do it for a living, and they aren't banned.

All I can say is: lolwuthappenedycm? O_o''

For the most part' date=' those "Post after me and you get banned" posts are really annoying and pointless.

Especially if someone is in the middle of posting when that post is made, and they get banned before even seeing the post.
