Designer of Constellation Effect: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 2 LIGHT monsters from your Graveyard from play. Once per turn, if this is the only monster you control, you can select and remove 1 Level 4 or lower monster from your Deck from play. During your opponent's Standby Phase, Special Summon the selected monster in face-up Attack Position.
