Plz Rate the 2 cards, Synchro lock, Destroyed power

Here is the cards, plz rate and tell me which 1 is better, images are father wolfs

Effect:

Pay 1000 Life Points.Your opponent must summon a card from his deck with the Highest ATK. If the monster is an Effect-Type the card is removed from play. If the removed monster is a level 8 or higher monster you lose no Life Points. You can activate this effect one per turn.

Effect:

Pay 300 Life Points. As long as this card remains face-up on the field all Synchro monsters cannot be summoned to the field. You can activate this effect once per turn.

Well, both images are used a lot, but that doesn't matter too much to me. I'll move on to each individual card.

 

Destroyed Power

The effect seems really overpowered to me, you can just get rid of your opponent's strongest monster for only 1000 Life Points (assuming it's an Effect Monster, which it probably is). I'd suggest you make it half your Life Points and change it to a Normal Trap instead of a Continuous Trap. Fix up the OCG while you're at it.

 

Synchro Lock

This card completely contradicts itself: it's a Continuous Spell, yet it says you can activate the effect each turn. I'd suggest you either keep it as a Continuous Spell (increase the LP payment to 1500-2000) or turn it into a Normal Spell so it only lasts one turn (increase LP payment to 500). Take a look at the OCG Thread for the correct OCG.

Destroyed Power should be a normal trap not continuous. Its too OP'd if it's continuous. Synchro Lock is good except for that last bit where it says "you can activate this effect once per turn". Its pretty obvious its once a turn as its a continuous spell. 8/10

i think synchro lock is the better of the two, only because on the first one your opponent knows whats coming to him the next time....

hmm there decent cards but im not really feeling it, although this is a very original idea i think the concept still needs a little work(or maybe it's the wording of the card not sure....)
