If this card was Tribute Summoned using at least 1 Warrior-Type monster, this card inflicts Piercing damage. Once per turn, you can pay 700 Life Points to select one Equip Spell card from your Deck and equip it to this card. The Deck is then shuffled. By sending 1 Equip Spell Card equipped to this card to the Graveyard, you can destroy 1 face-up card on the field. If you activate this effect, any Battle Damage this card inflicts this turn is reduced to 0.
Equip only to a monster with "Archer" in its card name. The equipped monster can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each during your Battle Phase. If you choose to activate this effect, all Battle Damage inflicted by the equipped monster is reduced to 0 this turn.

Quiver of Infinite Arrows: Hunter's Quiver

Rates, hates, and OCG fixes are all welcome. These are my second and third cards, by the way.

ok, now that you made the modifications, I'll raise the rating to 9.5/10

Well' date=' I must say this is almost fine. I just have to say, even halfing the damage seems a little OVP'd. Making it so he can't declare an attack after he destroys a card would be more reasonable to me.

Is it balanced enough if I reduce all Battle Damage to 0 for the turn like ragnarok suggested?

It is balanced to me. Technically what YugiohPro said would work too, but I leave that up to you
