Phanax Leminer
Aiku: A machine dragon monster! The irony! OCG (Original Card Grammar): Not the greatest, but not the worst of the OCG from a level 1 member. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned, if you Tribute 1 "Cyber Dragon" and 1 other Machine-Type monster your control. Effect: The effect isn't really helpful if you only have 1 "Cyber Dragon" on the field. You should remove the "1 other Machine-Type monster" and it could be a more effective card.Image and Name: The image is already and fit well with the name. Overall: 6.3/
Brawler_1337
The OCG is incorrect, although you can't really expect a first-time user to be perfect. Correction: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This cars can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 "Cyber Dragon" and 1 other Machine-Type monster you control. As for the effect, it is not good even in the slightest. Honestly, if I were to build a Machine deck, I would not even consider this card. Basically, you have to kill two of your own monsters to bring out a Cyber Dragon with 400 more ATK and 300 more DEF. That's not worth the cost of this beast! If I wanted to get a more powerful monster out that had anything to do with the Cyber Dragon family, I would slap Mage Power or some other Equip Card on Cyber Dragon--that saves you two monsters and it can make Cyber Dragon even more powerful than this monster. Worse, this card does absolutely nothing after it comes out, so all the work that goes into summoning this thing is for naught. My advice: if you're gonna tack on a summoning condition like that onto a Monster, give it a really good effect that makes it worth the sacrifice of summoning it. The picture is okay, but if this thing is supposed to be more powerful than a regular Cyber Dragon, I would expect it to look fiercer. Not the worst picture you could have put on there, but certainly not the best either. Overall, I'd give this thing a 4/10. Not a bad try, but the crappy effect really kills it. I'd take a Normal Monster over this thing.

Sander
Fail. It's bad. It requires you to tribute a Cyber Dragon and another Machine-Type monster? For what for? A failure of a wannabee beatstick that has n other effects? Not worth it. 0/10.
◊ Hᵃᵏᵃˢᵉ ◊
Hey, be nice. It's his first card. You gotta respect him, at least he made a new Cyber Dragon. Did any of you do that? Shows he's got personality. The OCG is pretty bad though. I have to give you a High-5. 6/10. It's not all that bad. Just fix the OCG. You'll learn it as you go through this. By the time your a 3-Star, probably even 2-Star, you'll be almost flawless. =]
ragnarok1945
art isn't very good OCG needs some work too. Still, it's not THAT bad, so I'll give it 5/
