When this card is Summoned, place 2 Spell Counters on this card. For each Spell Counter on this card, increase its ATK by 100. You can remove 1 Spell Counter from this card to decrease the ATK of 1 monster on the field by 300. When this card is destroyed, you may place any remaining Spell Counters on another face-up card.
