If this card is destroyed by an opponents card effect, During your next Standby Phase, you can remove from play 1 Spellcaster-Type Monster on your field from play to Special Summon this card. I was gonna name it "Nega Dark Magician" cause he looks a lot like him, But eh, I went with just "Nega Magician". Any OCG error's?, Lemme know and I'll fix them as soon as I can. The effect is unique, and not overpowered at all. He is kinda like a stronger vampire lord for spellcasters. So yeah, really nice spellcaster Synchro.
